This map shows the scope of the response for the flooding. The application was created and is maintained by Esri Australia.

Latest News Map

Since December 2010, floods have been hitting Australia, particularly in Queensland. These floods have caused loss of life and extensive damage and evacuations.

This application allows you to add points with links to online photos, Web sites, and YouTube videos. Please feel free to add current information to the map and increase everyone's awareness of activities related to Australian flooding.

Trends Map

This map uses trend analysis to visualize community reports related to the flooding in Queensland. The Ushahidi social network allows anyone to report incidents via SMS, e-mail or the web. You can view all categories to understand the distribution of reports or filter by category and time to get a better understanding of spatial and temporal trends. Silverlight is required.
