OrderMotion's "Live View" Dashboard uses two graphical elements we call Funnels and Gauges. The funnels and gauges are devices we use to simply the often overwhelming amount of data that passes through our Campaign Analytics and Order Management Platform. Designed for eCommerce and Direct Response TV marketers (aka infomercials) - the funnel shape and gauges movement help our clients to assess their ad campaigns very quickly from a top level view.

The Live View Dashboard is a SaaS application that gathers, processes real time data feeds through integration with vendors (shopping carts, call centers, payment processors, fulfillment warehouses, and customer service centers). The shape of the funnel changes based on the flow of orders through the funnel. As orders move through the funnel, a certain amount is lost to cancellations, returns, bad debt and then orders "grow" as more customers opt into continuity programs (auto-ship). A healthy order funnel looks like the one depicted here - a funnel shaped like a golf tee, for example is bad. Customers can view their shape and identify quickly where they should drill deeper into the data to uncover why the problem exists.
The 4 gauges on the right side of the dashboard help answer the question "How are my sales, cancels, voids, returns trending relative to the past". Essentially indicators in the green zone of the gauges is good; red is bad. The larger gauges indicate the most recent data, while the smaller gauge to its right indicates data further back. The gauges are read like this: Sales were in the red zone 2 months ago (small sales gauge) but are trending towards green last month (large sales gauge). You can filter by channel, offer, keycode, standing order configuration and you can select a time period. There's a lot of information packed into this dashboard.
