Customer Value - This dashboard pageview was created by The Dashboard Company. It allows the user to select a business unit, geography, and dimension of analysis (e.g. partners vs. sales regions). By selecting a folder from the folder tree on the left and dragging it onto the top chart, the user can compare two or more data sets in terms of the past four quarter trend of changes in customer value. Beneath the top chart are two component elements of the customer value: number of customers and average profit per customer. These automatically adjust to match the selected unit of analysis.
At a glance, this dashboard allows the user to see the trends in total customer value development, as well as a few of the most important diagnostic elements.
