This dashboard pulls together several KPIs for managing a customer service center. The first three charts show number of open cases by status, days open, and agent with a highlight for high-priority ones. The bottom two track open and close rates, including same-day close rate. With the selection box to the right you can toggle between looking at the organization in total or select individuals or groups of reps.
