DataMentors purchases relationship marketing SaaS company

TAMPA, FL. -October 6, 2009- DataMentors Holdings, Inc. (DHI), parent company of DataMentors LLC, the industry leading full-service Data Quality and Data Integration Solutions Company, today announced the acquisition of Touchpoint Technologies LLC. 

Touchpoint Technologies is a premier provider of cost-effective, integrated relationship marketing software solutions for business and industry. The acquisition of this SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company extends DataMentors' database marketing expertise to the B-to-C and B-to-B business user's desktop and mobile device.

Vince Albanese, Touchpoint Technologies' Co-Founder and CTO, has nearly 30 years of IT experience and expertise.  He is the chief architect of the SMART system concept and responsible for bringing Paul Mazzapica's vision to market.  Like Paul, Vince is a proficient entrepreneur having started several consulting firms, which specialized in information and technology services for the healthcare, financial and retail sectors.  Prior to Touchpoint Technologies, Vince fine-tuned his entrepreneurial interests as Vice President of Information Technology for Revolution Money, Inc., where he instituted unique processes and procedures that dramatically enhanced the overall operational performance of this financial services company.  He was also President of Rapid Deployment Inc., a 50 employee business, which provided Oracle and i2 consulting services. Prior to his tenure with Rapid Deployment, Albanese was Director of Global IT at Cardinal Health Pharmaceutical and VP of IT with Investment Service of America.
