Cambridge, Mass. – August 25, 2008 – Dataupia Corporation today announced that Amrith Kumar has joined the executive team as vice president of technology and product delivery. Amrith brings with him extensive experience in building customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. His primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of industry-leading technology solutions through a customer-focused product delivery team.

Amrith comes to Dataupia with more than 17 years of experience delivering industry- leading products for companies specializing in enterprise storage applications, fault tolerant high performance systems and massively parallel databases. Most recently, he served as director and general manager at Sepaton, where he was responsible for the development of the core VTL product. Prior to that, Amrith was the director of product development at Netezza, where he managed end-to-end product delivery for all customers and prospects.
