Intuitive Dashboards Empowers Broll Property Group to Mitigate Risk and Enhance Satisfaction for its Clients

Exceptional performance insight delivers enhanced operational efficiencies and faster issue resolution for leading property management group in South Africa

The facilities management division of Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd (www.broll.co.za), based in Johannesburg, South Africa, today announces that it has implemented multi award-winning Intuitive Dashboards to significantly reduce response times to client property maintenance issues, resulting in enhanced productivity, resource allocation efficiencies and improved client satisfaction. The interactive dashboard solution integrates seamlessly with Broll’s existing facilities management CMMS solution, providing operational staff, call centre agents and managers with remote access to real-time internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring the risk of performance shortfalls or regional SLA failures is identified and mitigated instantly.

Currently using the dashboards to reveal insight into historical data, Broll also plans to develop dashboards that will reinforce the company’s proactive strategy to enhance productivity and resource planning.

In the first phase of implementation, Intuitive Dashboards has been deployed across the national call centre and helpdesk, the technical management team and the senior management team within the FM function.
