LucidEra launches new dashboard and reporting solution

April 21, 2009 - LucidEra has announced their LucidEra Spring ’09 offering that aims to give customers higher impact for their overall sales operations.  The new package focuses on three areas – sales performance dashboards, supporting reports, and a Pipeline Impact Guarantee, which guarantees that within 48 hours LucidEra will be able to identify sales opportunities and have at least $100,000 of impact on a company’s sales results. LucidEra’s goal is to give companies the tools they need to increase their sales operations efficiencies and do so in a low maintenance way that offers quick returns. In many cases organizations may not know what questions to ask that go beyond how much is being sold where.  With this new offering, organizations can access relevant dashboards and additional information without having to spend time analyzing data, configuring dashboards, or developing tools.  All of this is at the disposal of the organization automatically.

 LucidEra achieves this by:

  1. Offering a dashboard solution that is tailored to sales operations.  The dashboards are pre-built and customizable using gadgets that can be dragged and dropped, resized, edited, etc. giving sales managers broader insight into their pipelines, sales margins, and trends based data. Organizations can look at pipelines, forcasts, win rates, and everything they need to make the decisions they require.
  2. Providing reports and graphs that complement the dashboards.  This means that decision makers can click on a dashboard and have access to complementary reports that give them complementary information associated with the dashboard to help them identify potential issues or opportunities.

In addition to the dashboards and reports, LucidEra’s Pipeline Impact Guarantee offers customers $1000 if LucidEra is unable to come up with $100,000 or more of impact for overall sales operations within 48 hours. This solution is based on their Pipeline Health Check that helps identify sales opportunities in the organization that may have been overlooked beforehand. This is targeted mainly to smaller and mid-sized companies to help them optimize their pipeline and overall sales performance.
