Analyst Firm Places Teradata in Leaders Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management

Teradata Corporation announced today that it has been positioned in the Leaders Quadrant in Gartner’s new report, "Magic Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management (MCCM)"1by Adam Sarner. Gartner recently placed Teradata in the Leaders Quadrant in the “Magic Quadrant for Data Warehouse Database Management Systems” authored by Donald Feinberg and Mark A. Beyer. Teradata recommends these two reports be read together.

"Leaders consistently do considerably better in overall campaign management performance for basic and advanced campaign management, as well as for integration with e-marketing. Leaders have high market visibility, high market penetration, strong market momentum and a strategic vision for growing the campaign management business," Sarner wrote. He also wrote that "the MCCM market continues to show overall positive growth as marketers continue to shift investments from mass-marketed, one-channel, one-way, company-driven campaigns to multi-channel, measurable, interaction-driven campaigns."
