LucidEra has announced their LucidEra Spring ’09 offering that aims to give customers higher impact for their overall sales operations. The new package focuses on three areas – sales performance dashboards, supporting reports, and a Pipeline Impact Guarantee, which guarantees that within 48 hours LucidEra will be able to identify sales opportunities and have at least $100,000 of impact on a company’s sales results. LucidEra’s goal is to give companies the tools they need to increase their sales operations efficiencies and do so in a low maintenance way that offers quick returns. In many cases organizations may not know what questions to ask that go beyond how much is being sold where. With this new offering, organizations can access relevant dashboards and additional information without having to spend time analyzing data, configuring dashboards, or developing tools. All of this is at the disposal of the organization automatically.
