As Salesforce CRM users gather for Dreamforce 2009 this week, more attendees will be getting better business answers from their Salesforce CRM data using QlikView analysis. Even QlikTech, the world’s fastest-growing Business Intelligence (BI) software company, this year implemented Salesforce CRM with embedded QlikView analytics for its more than 500 sales, marketing and customer service employees worldwide. The company will soon roll out a Salesforce/QlikView PRM solution for its global partner network.
“Salesforce CRM is great for improving sales effectiveness and collaboration across our CRM functions, but less so at analytics and integrating data from other systems,” said Joe Francis, QlikTech’s VP of Global Sales Operations. “QlikView adds value by making all the critical information in Salesforce CRM actionable. We’re saving a couple of man years’ worth of time and money using QlikView to integrate and analyze data from Salesforce CRM and our Navision [Microsoft Dynamics] system. The fact that we can view it all from within Salesforce CRM tabs makes it very intuitive and interactive.”
