Ziggo Selects Martin Dawes Analytics Revenue Assurance Solution

MDA, a global process analytic software and solutions provider, today announced that Ziggo, one of the largest media service providers in the Netherlands, has selected its Lavastorm Analytic Engine to ensure the accuracy of their billing and usage calculation operations.  Using MDA’s Revenue Assurance Solution, Ziggo -  which provides TV, internet and telephone services to nearly 3.1 million customers - is maximizing their revenue performance throughout the Company’s demanding and complex operations environment.

Ziggo was established on February 1, 2007 following a merger between @Home, Casema and Multikabel.  Since May 16, 2008, these three companies have operated under the new name of Ziggo.  The result was a more diverse company with multiple and expanding revenue streams.  As a result of Ziggo’s growth in both industry and capacity, they recognized the need for a market facing solutions package.  Using MDA, Ziggo was able to maximize revenue performance in their demanding and highly complex environment.
