DALLAS — June 28, 2007— Hitachi Consulting has been selected as a finalist in two categories for Microsoft Corp.'s Partner of the Year Awards: Microsoft Dynamics TM AX and Information Worker Solutions, Messaging and Collaboration. Winners of the 2007 Microsoft Partner Program Awards, which recognize top Microsoft Partners delivering market-leading, Microsoft-based solutions, will be announced July 11 in Denver, Colorado at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. The work conducted with Dynamics AX was performed by Iteration2, which was recently acquired by Hitachi Consulting.
"The Information Worker Solutions, Messaging and Collaboration nomination recognizes the thought leadership Hitachi Consulting has developed around enterprise scale deployments of SharePoint 2007 and the full suite of the Microsoft Collaboration Platform," said Drew Naukam, vice president of the Hitachi Consulting Microsoft Strategic Service Line.
"Microsoft has recognized our ability to help companies improve the way they collaborate, share information, and achieve competitive advantage through the use of the Microsoft SharePoint platform.
